Customers are always looking for an awesome experience where their event can be remembered. Magnetic favors are one way to create a fun, exciting, and memorable party. We will provide magnetic favors with your guests smiling faces printed right at the event. We use the same quality magnetic stock as save-the-date magnets used frequently for weddings.
A flash drive of all the pictures taken at your event will be given to you at the end of the event, plus an online secured gallery all the images will be available for your guests view. They will be able to download as a jpg image, share on social media, and order prints from the gallery site. Everyone can relive the fun and excitement by viewing all the pictures taken that day.
There are several ways to plan for your magnet photo booth experience. First, do you want a roaming photographer to take pictures throughout the time period -or- a photo booth backdrop open-air station? If you like the idea of photos with fun/silly props, just like a photo booth, the open-air station is the best choice for you. However, some customers like the idea of a photographer working the room all night.
How Does It Work! Whether you choose the open-air photobooth or a roaming photographer taking pictures, the guests will check out our magnetic framed board to pick up their fun unique magnetic favor. A magnet will be printed for everyone in the photo with a gallery code to view the online photos later.
As we plan your event, you can decide whether 3”x4”, 4”x6”, or 2”x6” photo strips will be printed on our magnetic stock. We have two design service subscriptions, so there is plenty of design templates to match your theme and décor. Some customers also ask us to print a non-magnetic stock copy to be placed in a memory book with guest signed messages. This option is also available.
Want another fun add-on? A large TV screen slide show can be placed near the magnet station where the guests can view a montage of photos being taken at the event -or- how about a social media kiosk where the guests can upload their favorite pictures to social media right at the event.
