What is the quality of the photo strips printed from our printers?

A.

The printers are called dye sublimation printers, the same quality photos you get from a one-hour photo service. The photos have a thin laminate which protects the prints from from air and UV light discoloration, while also rendering the print water-resistant. Dye sublimation printers are used by all top of the line photo booth companies.

How long does it take to print the photo strips from your booths?

A.

The photo printers are rated anywhere from 8-18 seconds per double strip.

Do we provide our clients a digital copy of the images taken from the photo booth?

A.

Yes. We not only provide a copy of the photo strip images after the event, but we include all the original photos as well. You can choose to have your photos transferred to a Flash drive instead (at an additional charge.) With the video booth option, we create a playable DVD of the video clips.

How many photos can be taken at a typical event?

A.

That depends on the number of hours that your event is booked. If each person takes approximately 2 minutes per session, then you can estimate about 30 pictures per hour, or 80-120 for a 4 hour event. Also, please take into consideration and understand any idle time parameters when booking your event.

Do we have custom templates with a logo or monogram available?

A.

Yes. We have several different designs available to choose from at no additional cost. Your name, event date, and colors can be changed to match your theme. Depending on the package purchased, there may be a nominal charge for creating a custom graphic design.

Do we use touch screens or buttons to launch the picture sequence?

A.

At this time, all of our photo booths use 4 buttons to give the client a nostalgic feel. Touch screen are used for our social media kiosks.

How many buttons does our photo booth have and what do they do?

A.

We have 4 buttons in each of our photo booths. Your guests can choose to have black & white or color photos during their session. We can also provide sepia for an old-fashion effect. In addition, we have zoom-in & zoom-out buttons. This is useful when you choose to have 4 or more people in the photo booth. The photo booth attendant is always there to assist with the operation of the booth.

Do we have an online gallery of the photos?

A.

Yes. After the event the photo strips are uploaded to an online gallery for your guests to enjoy. Your gallery is password protected for you & your guests. Your guests can download the jpg images from our gallery ‘for free.’ They can also order photo prints from the gallery website.

Can we print more than one print when multiple guests are in the booth?

A.

Yes. We can print multiple prints for your guests. When more than one guest is in the booth, the attendant or guest will ask if they would like another print. If the package includes unlimited prints, everyone in the photo session will receive a copy of the print.

What do we do with children who have a tendency to overuse the booth?

A.

A: We will talk to you about how you want this handled. It’s a good policy to have the children accompanied by a parent or to have a limit on the number of times they can have their pictures taken. For youth parties, it is expected they can use the booth as many times during the time period.

Can you bring your own scrapbook or album?

A.

Yes. If you choose to bring your own album, make sure that you also purchase scrapbooking tape and gels pens. Do not use Sharpie markers. If you do not select one of our packages that include the scrapbook service, you will not receive a second attendant to assemble the book or manage printing additional copies for the book.

If you bring your own scrapbook/album, will our attendant help our guests place the photos and sign the scrapbook/album with messages?

A.

If you purchase the scrapbook service option or a package with scrapbook service included, our photo booth attendants will help your guests place & sign the memory books. We will not reduce the price of the scrapbook if you choose to purchase your own scrapbook because the scrapbook is included free with our scrapbook service.

How does our photo booth work?

A.

Guests will gather in the booth. The photo booth attendant will arrange the guests in the booth and give brief instructions to your guests. At that time, they can choose between black & white or color. 99% of the time, color is selected. The attendant will adjust the camera by panning up/down and zooming in/out depending on the number of people in the booth. Once the pictures are taken, the attendant will distribute the pictures to the guests. If the scrapbook service is purchased, the second attendant will place the strip in the scrapbook and ensure your guests sign a memorable message. NOTE: We are one of the only services in the Cleveland area that supplies a pan/tilt and zoom-in/out mechanism in the booths.

Do most people sit or stand?

A.

Although we have the ability to sit or stand in our booths, you will be able to fit more guests in the booth if they are standing. We work with 2 stools or 1 bench and others can gather around those seated. The photo booth operator will be able to adjust the photo booth for either. If you purchase the pipe & drape or backdrop booth, we will supply a bench instead of stools.

How many guests can fit in our photo booth?

A.

We have had up to 14 people in our standard enclosed booths. Our Pipe & Drape booths or Backdrop versions of the booths can fit more guests.

Do you provide party props?

A.

Yes. We provide party props for your event depending on the package ordered.
